Worst experience of my life. Bought a 2013 Subaru crosstrek certified used in 2019. They lied about the condition of the vehicle. I was excited to finally have a good vehicle to last me a long time. Day after driving it off the lot the problems started. Engine problems, electrical problems, radiator issues, they seem to have rigged the computer to turn off all the dash lights. Fast forward to October 2021 and I have a broken vehicle that I have put an additional $5k into at this point and an upside down loan. I will never buy a used vehicle again as I am now traumatized, careless with a car payment, and broke. Screw this place and the 19 year old that sold me a hunk of garbage with a smile on her face.

I bought your 2008 Buick Enclave which you clearly had made some repairs on to get it working long enough to sell it at that local auction place. Now it makes since why you used the auction place to resell, this car needed a new transmission and you tried to fix it before selling it to me. Now I had to pay $2,200 the day I took my car home from that auction because the starter and the transmission failed on the same day. What a lemon you sold me, thanks for the as-is garbage purchase. Buyer beware!
