Urban Street Ventures or Urban Street Properties is an extremely unprofessional management company. The location of their main office is too far from their properties which led to miscommunication and a disconnect from the tenants. This was shown by the vendors that were sent to do repairs/maintenance who were unreliable and unprofessional. And as I stated before, the management company was too far away to manage the property which allowed other tenants to disobey the rules and policies of lease agreement. Which extremely was frustrating to the tenants like my husband and I, who abided by the rules and policies of the lease agreement.

We just purchased a house in Encino that this company renovate! They did a Mickey Mouse job everywhere! First day we moved all the sprinklers explode! We had to spend over $1000 to fix them! The next day the glass door for shower fell off luckly my 3 years old was not there that wouldve been different story!!! Lest than a week all the cabinets drawers falling apart!! The Tiles in the kitchen are squeaky!! We got this house thinking we do not need to remodel and it is move in ready!!! We were wrong! If you see any property they are slelling run away! They are using cheap stuff that will last you only a month!!!
