If you are a small business or have a small order. They do not want your business. I just took in a small order of uniforms to be embroidered for my local small business, and was given a lecture on how they can't keep the lights on working on small orders, and most guys are going out of business. Then the guy asked me when I needed it and I said next week and he again lectured me on how I can't expect them to turn it around on a dime. (It's 2015...I didn't think a week was still considered "on a dime" anymore, but ok) So after that pleasant exchange, I hesitated and finally said that I guess I have to get someone else to do it for me. To which he passive-agressively remarked "I appreciate the fine attitude sir!" What?!? Really?!? And you wonder why you can't keep the lights on? I don't think it's my small order that's hurting your business...
Tim, Amy and Bryana always get my orders turned around so quickly and never miss a beat. A large selection of garments to choose from and never steer me in the wrong direction. I will continue to use for all of my uniform and mask garments.
I've been working with Tim at Hoffman Embroidery for over a decade and they have always exceeded my expectations. They meet every deadline, provide HIGH quality work and give me honest advice on my selections and timelines. I am smart enough to know that I do not understand garments or proper embroidery or screen printing as well as people who work everyday with this medium, so I rely on Hoffman Embroidery in Arnold for sound counsel on every project. If you demand service, quality and honesty, then Hoffman Embroidery is your best option.
