Absolutely a horrible nightmare!! The showers are not that clean but the real problem is the water pressure and the temperature. If you like a cold dripping shower to refresh yourself for the day ahead then this is your place. The employees were rude and not accommodating or apologetic in the least. 30 minutes wasted. Time is money people!!! I noticed a new QT Truck stop opening soon on the same exit so that will be perfect. TA just no. Not just here but nowhere ever again will I go to any TA Truck stop. I doubt you will be open at this particular place for long. Pilot next door and then the new QT. Be warned fellow drivers and choose wisely. I had to get my money refunded which was yet another nightmare and 15 minutes wasted. Basically an hour of complete incompetence. I went to the Pilot. I highly recommend anyone else do the same. This was frustrating and ridiculous. Very very unprofessional.

such an attitude is boorish $45 was taken away and the car was not washed even sprinkled with water and all the guys dont recommend it at all better bypass this place boorish attitude even the manager didnt help?
