Very poor quality and getting worse. Doors are never put together right. Almost have to rebuild the door before installing it.

I only worked here for 5 Days and was Fired with real reason as to why they kicked me out. I was only a rookie but that didnt mean i was slacking off or being a lazy ass I worked extremely hard there to where my feet would hurt but that never bothered me or stopped me but honestly im glad i got out of there cause why not, fire the Rookies first keep the favorites who probably dont do a good job I only met 4 good people who became my freinds Jorge, Roger, lucio, and Bryan These guys are awesome they kept me on track with what was important, and that was working hard and sharing respect with others who deserve it. I was in the Exterior area for 5 days and was fired again with no reason but again thanks to those who didnt give up on me thank you and i wanna thank Roger Lucio and Jorge who became my hope to great work and freindship thanks guys and to bryan for happily working with him in pre-hang doors. Again thank you guys and one more thing this is a message for Andrew the guy that works on the lock block area in exterior "Sorry for being a pain in the Ass I never thought I was complicated to work with and two hope you enjoyed talking about me behind my back hope you had fun not really". Jerk!! I will never come back but I will always miss the Mill itself. Worst experince ever for those who are wanting a job at a mill trust me work at a smaller-local mill its better easier experince to get. Thanks.
