I have had nothing but fair treatment for what is a very difficult job to enforce. They do their best despite having to remove property from someone without their asking for it. They are easy to work with, clearly communicate and do an excellent job in offering their services.

Super disappointed by our visit last night. Awful ownership. My husband wanted wings and i wanted Chipotle which was behind the Litzas property. We parked at Litzas, went over to chipotle to pick up my TO GO order which took 4 minutes, came outside and our car was booted. We proceeded to get my husbands wings from Litzas and called the booting company to explain the mistake and they had their booter come over and talk to us. Sara (booter) explained that we left the property (3minutes) and we have to be costumers. We showed her our food from Litzas and said we were customers, i got one thing from chipotle and my husband got something from Litzas. She YELLED at us and the door dash driver who witnessed the whole thing. The door dash man was just explaining to her that he parks there all the time to get chipotle and litzas and hes never been booted. She proceeded to yell at him and tell him to leave because it was none of his business what she does. She incorrectly sited us, our citation was supposed to include her name and what violation we had. When i asked her why this wasn't filled out she said "so what, its a mistake" (wish she couldve used that logic with us??) and she didnt want to give me her name which was supposed to be on the citation. She also wrote that the property was at Hires but we were actually parked at Litzas. She called in backup (two trucks/drivers) to intimidate us and box our car in, even though theres a boot on our car so were not going anywhere. They all had the same story, "you left the property for 3 minutes", heres the thing doesnt matter because we were customers of Litzas as well. BTW I called the supervisor of parking enforcement and she yelled at me the whole time on the phone then hung up on me. I was surprised this woman was even ruder/more unprofessional than Sara and yelled at me the whole phone call so didnt hear anything i had to say. So confused as to why this all happened, then found out they did the same thing to an ambulance a few months ago so they're ruthless. We understand people take advantage of parking but we were paying customers of the business we parked at.

This place is an absolute joke. The people there are morons. They came in the middle of the night and towed our car even though we had just got a new windshield. They claimed they check for a new windshield. We even said we could offer proof and they told us there is nothing they could do. What a joke of a business.
