Thanks for your comments, we try to please all of our clients. You were never lied to. Your representative did make a mistake in quoting your timeline as I explained to you when the issue was brought up and your project was expedited from that moment on. The representative was informed as to proper timing of installations so it doesn't happen again. We apologize again for any inconvenience.

Honestly is something I find very important and I refuse to conduct business with anyone that lies to me just to get the job. I have been investing in real estate for while now and few months ago I just had way to many projects going on that I needed to reach out to contractors in order to get things done in a timely matter. I know how to install windows myself....it's extremely easy to do. I just had way to much on my plate. Someone told me to call Dunright and have them do windows for two projects I had going on. Steve came out and gave me a price and told me it would be between 4 and 6 weeks to get it done. Well I though the price was stupid high but I need help getting things done in a timely matter. Well that 4-6 weeks turned out to be over 12 weeks. They flat out lied to me in order to get the job. Stay away from them!

Thank you for review. We are sorry your experience was not more of a positive one. When I was there on 6/17, we agreed to have the manufacturer out to inspect the installation and report on what needed to be adjusted so your review seems a little premature, since no adjustments were made yet. As for being shorted 2 windows, you were there when we remeasured and pointed out which windows got done and the ones that didnt. Your agreement called for 14 new windows and that is what you received. So, it is not the salesperson who didnt get the count right. To address your comment of having to pick up after the installers, your focus should have been on the piles and piles of dog feces that were everywhere inside the home where they tried to work. Your home was so filthy, the crew debated on whether or not to even work there until that mess was cleaned up. So yes, there may be 1 or 2 windows that need the caulk detail touched up and maybe a couple of windows need adjustment, but that is all covered under your warranty. We will still gladly take care of anything not right with the install, but the house will have to be cleaned up before we go back in there. We have already notified our manufacturer so look for a call from them so we can expedite our repair team. We are available anytime to schedule your final adjustments. The worst install at my house.the salesman cant even count windows right.window install is horriable .The windows they took out fit better.there loose.bad calk job.shorted me two windows.i had to clean up the mess of old calk and nails.place is a joke. he must have fired istaller from home depot all windows are worst than taken out.there sloppy
