Hello London, I'm sorry to hear this has been your experience. At Adonia Medical clinic we are never trying to sell you a treatment or product but if we see a problem we try and rectify the underlying cause and sometimes that does mean a referral. The 250 paid can be used towards products / services and you are welcome back to utilise this now you have had the blood test at your follow-up. Usually after we suggest tests you would email us with the results to help you discuss next steps. Do call us to book back in as we don't have London Bones on our system I can't call you myself. I had an appointment back in February. Pros: - drew up a plan for me to see the NHS and get a blood test - I found out I was vitamin D deficient Cons: - I didnt really pay 250 to be sent back to NHS - No products recommended to treat my skin whilst waiting for NHS. I wouldve paid too. As we all know, NHS are working their best (as with private doctors) but this takes a long time to see them. A few months. It feels like Im back at square one, when all I wanted was to treat my skin. Do I regret it? Not really. The service was professional, I found out more about my deficiency. But it feels like it was a wasted appointment for 250. I would go again to ask for treatments but Ive really lost hope. I hope to change my review, but this is just how I feel right now.

Fantastic Experience. I felt really well looked after and the treatment was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. The clinic is super clean and Dr Ejikeme is lovely. A credit to her profession.

It was my first time having any fillers or treatments at Adonia and have been to many other clinics before, and can safely say from the service, the attention I received and the knowledge/expertise from everyone that works there was 5*! Dr ejikeme really took her time to run through the whole treatment with me even though I had before at other clinics. Dr ejikeme also really listened before to what I wanted clearly and explained what she was going to do and how she would achieve the look I wanted so I was comfortable and trusted her completely. I am so happy with the results! Everything from the consultation, plan and procedure was a great experience. And will definetly be going back again!

Adonia have been so supportive throughout my treatment plan. The level of service and care was not what I expected at all, the team are so lovely and show they actually care. My skin has transformed so much since I have been going to Adonia. Corina has been my main therapist throughout and she always takes the time to explain everything to me so I understand and leave my sessions with confidence. I have recommended Adonia to everyone I know!
