Never have I ever had such poor communication with an eCommerce company. Having ordered a product on 7th Dec there was zero communication to suggest anything other than I would get the zip up hoody 10 days later. Christmas came and went and so I chased when they opened. I was apologised to and told there was a supply chain issue. Fine, would have been better to have had that communication at the point of ordering so I could let the recipient know their Xmas gift was not going to arrive. After being told it would be a further 10days, I asked to be kept in the loop. 10 days went - business days - and no communication and no product. Another chase, apparently it was sent and I was asked to check my address. I responded and then nothing for two weeks. So I requested a refund via PayPal on 26th Jan after 2 weeks of nothing. A couple of days later I recieved an email saying that the owner had been off so no one was responding to emails. The item turned up a couple of days ago and the printing is awful but I am beyond communicating with this company. I have expressed my concerned to the gym they were representing and at first I was the only one, but it has come to light others have had similar issues. So if you are a company looking to have your merch directly fulfilled with this company - don't without a signed SLA and agreed communication levels with your customers. They will impact your brand reputation negatively without it.
I've been a drop ship customer with Penny Crayon for quite some time but after copious amounts of mistakes and poor quality of my orders i'm in the process of moving away from using this business ASAP. Orders are constantly delayed (1 month+ for one sweater to arrive), stains on the clothing, wrong coloured clothing sent, designs printed on the wrong garments, designs printed incorrectly - They offer such poor service and also never ever answer calls. I've tried my hardest to let things go but my business is now losing customers and i'm facing customer complaints. And it's all down to Penny Crayon's service. Strongly advise you to steer clear if you want to run a profitable business. I honestly don't know how other reviews are more than a couple of stars - this company is utterly terrible.
Used them for a 2x1m banner. I dealt with Dan. He was very efficient, speedy and did some troubleshooting with our design so that it looked great blown up to that size. Quality of end product was great and it was very good value too. I would definitely use them again. Thank you, Fred

We tend to find communication by email much more efficient which allows us to concentrate on processing the orders quickly and can refer to the messages for accurate printing requirements. Would recommend Penny Crayon to anybody! They managed to get me sorted with team apparel in a matter of two days, which was extremely helpful... My only negative would be that they don't use their phone number and you can only email them. Other than that absolutely fab!
I ordered the incorrect size and Dan was amazing at letting me know very quickly how to get a refund and order the correct size. He even sent the new items first class as I needed them urgently. Truly excellent customer service.
