Horrible ticket service. Purchased some tickets the day and time they went on-sale. The website apparently lack the capacity to handle the sales traffic. After refreshing for about 2 hours, got some tickets. A few days later I check for some tickets again just to see. To my surprise there were better tickets available now at the same price. I called in to check what I could do and they said nothing. That those better seats were release from a so called "production hold". Makes no sense to hold tickets and then magically put them back on sale later. They are ticket scalping their own tickets at no cost to them just to increase sales. If I could give them amateur company 0 stars I definitely would. Definitely not satisfied with this experience and this company's shady tactics.
Do not EVER order from ic tickets. They didn't send me my tickets, I paid $100 and now refuse to do a refund. They give different information every single time that you call in and they act very sketchy about things. They claim the manager is always out of office when you request to speak to her. The assistant manager, Bailey, has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever seen in my whole life. If you want tickets, order them directly from the shows website, don't go to these people.
