Hice una cita para evaluación para el tratamiento de la celulitis dos días antes y el mismo día de la cita hice la confirmación dos horas antes , cuando llegue Carolina la persona que me atendería ya se había marchado, esto es una gran falta de respeto y consideración a los clientes y encima de todo me ofrecieron que un hombre que no se quien era me evaluará . No lo recomiendo a nadie , no hay respecto al cliente

Went in to get a wash and set the price outside poster said 18.99 special ended up being charged 31.35 cents. The results were not that great my hair was flat and kind of burnt. Not volumous and bouncy how it should have been.i wasnt to happy how she did not detangle my hair before using the blowdryer. She was detangling as she was drying my hair.ugh ! The products used for this service was alberto V05. Highly dissapointed. It was raining at least the stylist mery gave me a shower cap and a tubi and a small towel to protect my hair from the rain. Thanks for that. Will not be comming back here. Due to the overcharge. What i hated the most is the false advertising. Extremely upset but whatever. People be aware and ask prices before getting the service done.
