Hi Ian, Not sure why after 3 plus years you give us a 1 star review. Yes we do check references and if we called your past employer it was to see what your qualifications were. You have never been our customer or worked for us, your slander and hearsay is unfounded and uncalled for. We have so many happy customers that love our work we have been on overtime for months to meet the high demand for our affordable prices, high quality and fast turn around. A few years back I applied to work here, and they wound up sending my resume back to my then-employer. My boss explained this to me, and apprehended me about looking for another job. It would be illegal to fire me based solely on that, so they kept me but it ruined my relationship with the company. SPD had no reason for doing this other than sheer maliciousness. During my time living/working in the area, I've met with clients whom have had multiple negative interactions with the owners of this company. It's simply not worth the effort, there are plenty of places to get your screen-printing done in the area, I would actively work to avoid this establishment.
Dan you are absolutely unbelievable! We can deny business to any one, for any reason. There is no law that says you have to help anyone who wants to work with you. Also, I am pretty sure a lawyer would strongly suggest that we don't do business with you. You keep going back to the same story about how it wasn't your fault and someone else was supposed to pay, but the fact is that YOU placed the order. YOU asked Renee for special terms for the order and YOU promised payment within 15 days. YOU picked up the completed order. Then AFTER ALL THAT, sent an email saying you do not work there and someone else was going to pay. It's shady that he wasn't up front with us about the change in ownership and specifically asked for an extension on his terms, KNOWING that you were not going to be the one to pay. It makes no business sense to work with you ever again after that. The one star review is petty. You need to let it go. Will no other printers work with Dynasty Sports? MOVE ON!

This company refused to serve me. They blame me for something I did not do, and after proving my innocence they still will not accept my business. Beware. Try another screen printer. MBK is great!
Got an interview for Customer Service Rep. Wanted me to do a soft hire to see if I would like the job. As the next week approached, one of my family members passed away that morning and I emailed And called them to set up a new day where I could Go in. I left a message on this ladies voicemail 3 different times and emailed twice. NEVER GOT A CALL OR ANYTHING BACK. Very unprofessional from management and a waste of my time. I am very glad I did not go any further with this company to say the least.
