Called this company last week, made an appointment for this morning and NOBODY showed up. We called to see what was going on, they said they were just finishing a job, but that they would meet us in the afternoon. They never called us back... bad first impression!

The job they did was fine. They took a very long time to show up. Really disappointed in the billing procedure. We were randomly attacked and our insurance company sent out restorx to board up a window. This was back in February. It's now mid may and they are just now telling us we owe them almost $700. To board up a window? Seriously? It was less than half that for the double pane storm window to be replaced. Had they billed us in an appropriate amount of time, we would have been able to add this ridiculously expense window board up to our list of expenses from the attack. Had they communicated the ridiculous cost, we would have boarded up the window ourselves.
Ciana, Rachelle, and Crystal just completed a contents packback for me. These ladies were amazing! They moved everything quickly and efficiently and even assembled furniture for me. They were friendly, professional, conscientious and respectful of my home and absolutely delightful to interact with. If only they could help me unpack . . .

Barb Allen, arrived at our home after a truck had driven thru it. She did a very professional job left no mess behind. Made our home secure until contractor can come. We were totally happy with her work. If this or anything like this was to happen again I would ask for only her.
My insurance company chose this company for me. I looked up their reviews and seemed positive. The experience less than so. They sent multiple crews, with each one not communicating to the next. The first broke personal items then actually caused water damage breaking my toilet. The second over cut my walls and caused damage to my room framing and door frames and broke the tile under my washing machine. Oh and they also didn't cover a single thing or the air intake vents to my heater, so all my stuff was covered in dust and I couldn't run my heat until getting my vents clean. The manager Ryan promised to get my vents cleaned, get me a storage container for my items they left uncovered in my basement, get a plumber for my broken toilet and pay me back for the items the first team broke. The only thing they did was send another team to clean and even after they left I still had to finish up and clean again to get everything actually clean. The final team came to pick up their equipment and even with an unfixed toilet and water damage from it they asked me to sign forms to say they were done. I refused and called the a manager again and he made a bunch more promises but failed to follow through on a single one. Once they realize they can not get any more money out of you they will abandon any semblance of being a good company and not follow through with anything. The insurance company had to harass them daily to send a plumber which they finally did two weeks later, they never provided my insurance company with any quote because they realized I would not be hiring them, even though they were supposed to. I called and left multiple messages to speak to the owner Wayne and have never heard back from him once and they have only called to say they are paying me now that I have left a negative review. I would not use this company or recommend them in any way.
