Every word of Josh's review is a lie. He is a disgruntled former employee. I wish there were legal avenues to pursue to address this type of slander. We have been in business 42 years and have almost 50 employees working hard every day to produce the best print jobs you will ever find.

Cheaper to order online. They will outsource and upcharge you to 3rd party online websites anyway, but they won't tell you about it. Super shady. Their equipment doesn't allow for the precision printing that every online store has to offer.

The Shirts were poorly made. Some of the strings on the logo patch weren't cute. The shirts we recieved were completely see-thru. You could see the logo patch completely thru the shirt. Un Impressed with Impressive Image Works. The worst was the Owner was very rude, un willing to refund what so ever! He insulted me over the phone basically calling me a liar. The rest of the staff was exteremely helpful and nice through the whole process. We would not recommend this service for the simple fact you just don't know what you are going to get. Approval over computer of the embordiery isn't anything like the in person veiw.

I have been using Impressive Image Works to do all the printing for my business, and they never dissapoint! Their prices are fair, and their turnaround is very quick!! I recommend them to my friends, all the time.
