Really poor service. Left car for a scheduled appointment to change oil and get emissions and state testing. Appointment was for 10AM and just informed at 1PM that the car hasnt even made it into the shop. Not sure what the point of an appointment is if you need to leave it for most of the day. Been a customer for five years, but the last two service visits simply took too long and will no longer come here again. Just not proactive at all. Unresponsive
You are absolutely right - there is no excuse for making a customer feel this way. We strive to make every customer feel like family when they are in our dealership, and we obviously failed here. I bought an M car from Otto's, and it was a good experience with the buying process and my salesperson(Rob), until I had to meet with the business manager to sign over the paperwork. He seemed very clueless of prices when I asked him where they came from..... On top of that, he was extremely rude to me. I'm sure he had a bad day or something, but that's not an excuse to treat a customer poorly who is about buy a $70k car from you.

I just purchased a car from Ottos BMW. Best car buying experience I have ever had! The entire staff was friendly including the manager. My sales rep Ian W. is amazing! So knowledgeable, professional, and a great disposition. . Also found out we are both Tears for Fears fans. He made it worth the hour drive to get there. I would definitely purchase from here again.

happened to me 2 times is a row within the past 2 months. where I get an appointment, car gets checked at, advisor calls me and tell me the car is going to be ready at a specific date, and then a few hours later I get a text that "Unfortunately" they are going to need the car to stay there for another day, being a dealer they always have an excuse: "it's covid and we are short staffed..., oh the parts actually didn't get here on time". I think you need to respect people's time and get your house in order
