steve, personally was great to deal with he was after all the only sales team member to come out and talk to me after being there on the lot outside looking at a truck for 20ish min. and he even followed up with me even though I did not purchase a vehicle from them. steve gets a 5 out of 5 the rest of my experience however was sub par. thanks for trying steve your a great worker.

Would not recommend this dealership. Sales person was nice, but they are impossible to get ahold of. We bought a brand new Kia from them, waited a long time at the dealership after signing papers; we figured this was a one off occurrence. We had to take our vehicle back to their dealership for service a few days later, they said it would only take about 2-3 hours, no mention at all of it staying overnight or the weekend. Their service department closed at 1pm that day, we had several apts at 2pm. We waited until 2:30pm, cancelled our apts, still no word from them. Wed tried calling several times around 12pm and 1pm with no response. The front desk lady called us around 2:40pm to tell us that our second key was in, we asked her if our car was finished and she said she didnt know that it was at the dealership. Turned out that our car was just sitting on the lot somewhere, apparently no one was ever going to call to let us know that it was finished. They said that it was one person working the service dept that day and we understand that everywhere is short staffed and were willing to give the benefit of the doubt. The next week our engine light came on, we were going out of town and needed to get in service as soon as possible, tried calling Oakes Kia, between myself and my husband, we called probably 15 times with no answer. I finally called and got an answer towards the very end of the day and the person who answered didnt know what to do, they couldnt schedule us for service and said that their service dept was closed. He said hed transfer us to a manager, I was adamant I didnt want a voicemail, and he transferred me to a voicemail. Long story short, Id go with a more reliable dealership.
