Not knowledgeable or helpful. We had inquired about a few items and where notified very late that one of the products isn't even available for order. We had to send several emails just to get a simple answer about a different item and it was like pulling teeth trying to get responses from their customer reps. When we would ask several simple questions, they would respond with a short sentence and only address a single concern or question. When we spoke to someone over the phone, they couldn't answer most of our questions either :(. Not sure what's going on over there.
Big Star Branding agreed to pay rush and overnight freight charges from our manufacturer to meet this customer's requested in-hands date. She received her order on the date she requested by 10:30 am. We apologize for any undue stress associated with this order. Big Star Branding takes meeting our customer's in-hands date very seriously and will take whatever steps needed to do so.

My company has ordered promotional wear for 10 years. In an effort to do business with a local company, I decided to use Big Star Branding for company shirts, jackets, and caps, as they are in San Antonio, Texas. Every possible thing went wrong! They insisted that I pay for the entire order before I was provided any proofs on the shirts, jackets or caps. I told them I needed the order in by late September 25, 2015 for our biggest trade show of the year. Yet it took them almost three weeks to provide accurate proofs of the items we ordered. The company repeatedly sent the proofs of the wrong products. After much frustration and wasted time, I received the shirts and jackets. When I asked about the hats I was told they would be ready in a week. That was two weeks ago. Today, we called again about the caps and were informed that they will be available in another week. Unfortunately that is after our biggest trade show. Employees at this business do know what CUSTOMER SERVICE means. They provide bad proofs, don't return phone calls, and don't meet deadlines. With all of this-when I asked them if they could expedite the hats and their suggestion was that I cancel the order. Unbelievable!
