When I contacted Katie and Custom Home Staging and Design, our home had been listed for sale for 5 months. We were desperate to get the ball rolling with selling this property. She came to the home, walked around with me, listened to my ideas about certain areas and came up with a detailed plan, which she executed within a week. The quote she gave me was very reasonable and lower than others I had been given. She was easy to work with and very sympathetic to our situation. When I arrived at the home after the staging was complete, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of detail that had gone into placement of various pieces. They did SUCH a great job. We had an offer on the home within 10 days of staging. I do not think this was a coincidence.
