Was trying to return some goods within 7 days period as was indicated on receipt. Was refused under some childish excuse and had to buy another goods for that amount, not even store credit was allowed to give me some time to figure what i want instead. Meanwhile all my points were taken and not returned to me. Bad business practice and not a fair treatment of loyal customer. Was trying to call corporate office but they only have auto-response. Never returned my multiple messages! The fish rots from the head down.
Hello Grace. I am so, so terribly sorry that you were not notified that your items were ready when they were and that you waited around for so long when you didn't have to be! :( You should have received a text, but sometimes our customers don't receive them because their phones block it. :/ If you were in the store, they should have called out your name. If they didn't I deeply apologize on their behalf and will notify their assistant manager to remind buyers of that. Also, if they give you a wait time, check back in when that time arrives and they'll tell you the status of your buy if you are not in the store by giving them a call. Again, I am very sorry that our staff seemed more focused on themselves than the customers. I will inform management that this is going on, so that they can receive further training. Went here today to sell my clothes, and the two guys at the front were talking their heads off, so I was never told that my bag was sorted.... i checked in online and it still says their sorting my items. I was here for 2 mf hours and when i went up to the register the guy says my bag was ready 1 hour and 45 mins ago. Also the employees are so bland and boring ! Gosh no charisma at all.
