This place is horrible at getting back to you my husband and I went to them in January and till this day they have not got back to me I have called several times and they always say they will call you back and not only that they lied to me and I drove 3 hours to get to this place I will never go back to this dealership again.i and my husband found a place we are gonna get our next new vehicle from and the salesperson we had was alot better then what I had here at this place
Called to have a car shipped from Reidsville to Greensboro due to Greensboro already having my finance info on file and was told they didnt want to ship that this would open a whole other can of worms. My response was what do you mean, was advised this would create drama due to the reidsville branch having to miss out on commission. This is very elementary and un-professional .Also was told by Greensboro branch that my rate would be 4-6% with an 800 credit score and I was presented a 10% rate which was also very misleading. I really expected a better buying experience.

Talk about friendliness, they genuinely work with your finances and put you in the driver's seat. I love this business and from now on I will only purchase from them and fully recommend family, friends, neighbors and Facebook to check them out. They will not be disappointed!
