Called to have a service person come to my home to evaluate problems I am having with my 2 year old high end LG OLED TV. The rep gave me 5 service centers Two Only repaired appliances Of the remaining three the nearest authorized repair center was 300 miles from my home.
They tell you due to the recent corona pandemic you can only talk to our unhelpful call centers in the Philippines between 8am and 6pm Central time. Tv had a software upgrade that made it useless and they have no fixes for it . I waste a half hour resetting passwords and channels & settings every time I want to get it to work normal by factory resetting. SAMSUNG SAMSUNG SAMSUNG not LG this is the last LG product I'm buying due to the poor customer service. They always ask would you be willing to take a customer service poll after, I press yes and they never follow through what a lousy corporate culture they have.
