We did exactly what we told you we were going to do which is have your shirt ready by 6pm , shirt was ready for pick up at 5:45 , you claimed that we told you 5pm but we even provided you video proof right off our security cameras of us telling you 6pm.... really mind blown that you would review us like that when the only disappointment here is you not remember the time

We ordered some simple shirts a little while back. They looked great at first. The key word is at first. Upon closer look, lots of the images were not lined up properly, some of the images were printed with extremely heavy ink. Worst of all... After the first wash, the ink started to come out of the shirt. Keep in mind we did wash the shirts properly. After the second wash, the black ink was totally gone. Really unhappy with this..

The staff at Fresh Press is hands down the best Ive ever worked with. The quality of the work they do is second to none. The kids in our program wear their shirts to train outside and wash them frequently. The print and quality of the shirts they use holds up to the abuse. Their artists always make sure our kids look the freshest and their turn around time is amazingly quick. Thank you Fresh Press for the work you do for the kids of Raise Up The Bar and Rossfit. We purchased a $1200 order from Fresh Press only to have almost half of our shirts be misprinted. These guys DO NOT wash test their shirts or Quality Control them after printing. After receiving our prints, we sold a bunch of shirts just to have them returned to us due to ink washing out of the shirts during the first wash. This cost us hundreds of dollars in reimbursement of product, shipping and credit card fees. We brought this to the attention of Fresh Press and all they had to say was it is out of the "72 Hour" window and they were not going to do anything to repair the issue. When running a business, you expect a quality product and these guys will not provide it. If you care about your reputation and your money, you would go to Real Thread and order your shirts from them instead. I imagine this comes from their limited experience with screen printing since they have only been in the screen printing business for two years. ***FT BLISS / EL PASO DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE****
