CALLED TO INQUIRE ON A TRUCK THEY HAD AND NOBODY SEEMS TO ANSWER THE BUSINESS LINE DURING BUSINESS HRS.. CALLED SECONDARY NUMBER SOUNDED LIKE THE GUY WAS SLEEPING AND HIS ENGLISH NOT SO GOOD. THE ADS THEY POSTED SAID TRUCK WAS V6 GUY SAYS IT WAS NOT. FINE THATS KEWL AN HONEST MISTAKE. ONE PICTURE HAS THE TRUCK RUNNING AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. HE SAID IT WASNT. I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE PICTURE AND HE SAYS I DONT SEE IT. VERY LAZY, LITTLE TO NO KNOWLEDGE ON THEIR OWN BUSINESS DEALINGS AND DISHONEST. BUYER BE WARE

I just want to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Atlas 4 Auto sales. As you can see I have rated them 5 stars. I called to inquiry about a vehicle, i explained to the salesman my situation and also about the little money i had as a down payment. My credit is below fair and I found it impossible for anyone to help me get an auto loan with a reasonable APR and a payment I felt comfortable with. I decided on the phone call with the gentleman to make an appointment to give them a shot to see what they could do for me. During the days that passed the salesman Erick followed up with me to make sure I was still coming to our set date and time. When I got there I was greeted by Erick, he proceeded to tell me about the car, told me everything I needed to know he even answered all my questions without me having to ask him. He knows what customers are looking for when coming to buy a used vehicle. I went on my test drive, really enjoyed the ride I will say, which made me more lenient towards taking the car home if they could make it possible. When we came back Erick introduced me to his superior Hector which I will say he is very knowledgeable with all his years of experience. He explained to me everything in full depth, I felt very comfortable dealing with these guys even cracked a few jokes here and there. They were able to get me what I was looking for, in a finance aspect, as well as a vehicle I really wanted. Finished up the process in less than 1 hour 15 mins. I believe that is the fastest time I have been to a dealership to purchase a vehicle from start to finish in my experience. Ultimately these guys are Humble, Honest and very easy to work with. I recommend anyone no matter what situation you might be going through, I am most certain these are the people that will help you. I would recommend to everyone, I will be back for my next purchase!

Hector took good care of me. He was very efficient and polite. He made sure the car was ready and the sale was fast.

Very friendly guys, nice vehicle and a good price. Unfortunately we found some things wrong with the vehicle once we got it to a mechanic (did not have time before the purchase) it needed some repair. Unfortunately the extended warranty we purchased wasn't compatible with our vehicle since it was a hybrid. I contacted Dean and he sent a refund for the warranty right away which we put towards the repairs, he also included a little extra to help with repairs. I don't think he was aware of the issues with the vehicle and was pretty good with communication after the purchase.
