Hi Maya, Were so sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your service. Quality is actually very important to us. Missed hairs are never intentional. You can always return to the studio within five days should you see missed hairs when you get home. We will gladly reimburse you for your time. Just give the studio a call. We do not want you to spend hard earned money and not be happy.

I had a bikini wax with Nakia. The spa is very clean and has a cute aesthetic. This was my second wax ever and I saw a lot of good reviews here so I was very excited for my appointment. It was very quick, I was in and out, but now I see why it was so quick. She is not very meticulous about her work and for that I am very disappointed. I got home right after to notice small pieces of wax left on me and that she missed multiple spots, clearly from rushing my service. I would not recommend if the quality is important to you.

We apologize for running behind this holiday season. Everyone is trying to get their services done and as we stated at the salon the client before you was running late which pushed us 10 mins behind. After being a client for over a year we thought that you would understand and forgive us this one time. Were also sorry that we didnt do your underarm wax to your specification. All the hair was removed. We would be happy to recommend a good at home waxing kit, since you will not be coming back. Happy Holidays!
