As far as the staff they are very nice great to deal with but as far as the prescriptions for the past 3 months they have not had my most important medication in stock without it I can barley breath and i need oxygen I have enphazima and pulmonary fibrosis last month i was told they would keep it in stock but today my father went because when I called they said it was ready all 4 of my scripts but he came home with only 3 and they did not have it again and wont have it until Monday so i will be spending my weekend in the hospital. Im also a paralyzed man with many problems including stage 4 pressure ulsers and I have a special bed for this that cant move so the hospital beds will only make them worse on top of the unbearable pain. Im at a loss of word I just dont know what i can do SMH

Unfortunately I got Covid and needed my blood pressure medicine I called the pharmacy to inform them of the situation and they were more than courteous offering to have it delivered. Every time I go in there everyone has a smile pleasant great atmosphere fast and courteous service cant be beat. Update: My doctor called in a blood pressure script on 12/31 was never told it's ready nor did they tell doctor that they're closed 1/1. Your not running a gift shop people rely on your services.

I absolutely adore the staff at Carolina Forest Pharmacy, they are so much more than my pharmacists...they are warm welcomes, expedited service(s), answer all your questions, know you by your first name, listening ears and giving spirits...they are family! They have worked with me on prescription costs, taking care of the physicians office when refills are coming up, theyve even came in early and stayed after closing on occasions where I was behind schedule. My children look forward to going into CFP and they are 6 and 16....that in itself, should let you know this isnt your ordinary pharmacy. If you havent tried these guys out or reluctant to change from a National chain....then rest assured, my entire family switched over after only one visit! Goodbye Wal-Greens, CVS, WalMart and all the others...and hello Carolina Forest Pharmacy! If youre all set to make positive changes in 2021, this is where you need to start!

This place is very clean and organized. The people working there are friendly and eager to help. In the age of superstores and online shopping it's nice to get some personal service in a privately owned store. Wish them continued success.

I thought a local pharmacy would provide better customer service so I decided to try this place out. After 4 months, I'm switching back to my old pharmacy. The customer service at this place is terrible and there is no communication when meds are filled. I tried to call to find out if my Rx was ready, and they kept sending my call to the fax machine and not answering. I had to call 4 times before they finally picked up the phone.
