My ITIL training experience was really great. Luci, our trainer is very patient during our discussion and she is very understanding. If there are some topics that needs enlightenment, she gave life-based scenarios/examples for us to understand it clearly. It was a very good opportunity and I have learned a lot. She also gave tips on how to answer the exam which really helped me a lot. I had my ITIL exam yesterday and fortunately I passed. Thank you so much!

I had undertaken the ITIL4 Direct, Improve and Plan training and it was well structured and clear. Chris instructor was responsive and prepared where he was able to correlate to real life situations to help the understanding. The slides and content were clear and even being the only one registered to the course Pink still manage to delivery it on 1-2-1 basis. Given the remote situation and that this is a tendency I would encourage to explore further methods that would bring dynamism to the lessons making them more interactive such as drawing a real time mindmap, applying quizzes, polls and/or questions at end of each topic, working with some flashcards, Scenarios and Simulation, etc. that goes beyond of regular slides and Q&A.
