I've always shopped here for my father, especially around Christmas time, but that has come to an end. Customer service here is horrible. They ask you if you want help but they really don't want to. They tell you 'i dont know' 'look at the tag' what kind of cumstomer service is that? I will not be putting my money into this family owned business anymore. The attitude is disgusting and needs to be fixed. Didn't even offer to order something that they were out of stock on, and they used to. I will be sure to tell my family and friends as well about this experience.
