Received our shirts and soon after all of the lettering started to fall off. They did fix the shirts. However when we went to pick them up I waited and waited. There wasn't anyone in the retail area. Finally two girls came in. Neither spoke to us, asked us if we had been helped. They both clocked in on the computer and walked back to the back. There was a bunch of laughing going on in the back room. After waiting 15 minutes I finally called the phone number of the store. The person working the front desk came running up front to answer the phone. To which I hung up and said that's me calling. We've been waiting here for 15 mins on shirts that were messed up. She just gave me an "oh sorry" (like someone previously mentioned...very half caring) and we took the shirts and left. If you want a reliable product and company, I'd suggest going with the Greek Corner.

Upward promotions made two shirts for me and it seems like they just put stickers on my shirts. All the letters and my logo is starting to peel off before I have even washed them or worn them. I paid close to $100 and now I have to go somewhere that will do it correctly.

Upward has done amazing work for when I was working for Bricktown. Now I work for the company and I have to say that they treat people so well!!! The quality of work that they do make me look so good with my clients!!! I just want to give credit where it's due. Brad and Leah are fantastic owners and they care about helping people in the community!!!

When I very first went in to talk about getting company shirts for my company and I specifically told this chick that was there I said I like how the Dels Roofing hats are I would like a hat with a patch and then that patch I want my company name with that being said we ended up with something Crabtrees and turquoise letters that just ran across the hat very tacky looking very very very poor quality also with that being said perfect example of a company that cannot take the blame for their own actions.Not once have I received an email phone call or anything about my experience with this company Nada hey let me make this right to hate work with us on there so you know but instead I got an excuse saying I was there and so is another coworker when you said this SMH instead of arguing I just went to a more renowned business thats known for quality and customer service again this is not a place to go if youre looking for great customer service
