Poor front office staff that keeps bungling up eye care prescription orders. The doctor is focused on describing his personal life than the exam. Avoid!

I was looking to get an eye exam and get a new pair of glasses so I requested to book an appointment through healthgrades on may 10th. it is now May 25. I did not receive a call or leave a voicemail within the 3 days the site says would happen.

Only place to go to get glasses! Great prices and the staff really cares. Alejandra waited on me and even though the glasses werent in stock, she made should to get me exactly what I wanted and QUICK! Couldnt ask for better service. 5/5!

Like the last review states - I would recommend avoiding this practice. I was a new patient and wanted to place an order for contacts, and the front staff was very short and there were several miscommunications. They said they would adjust the order for me, but I ended up canceling the whole thing because I assumed there would be further miscommunication going forward. Jeez.
