I bought a 2013 from another Subaru dealership, in 2017 I got my engine rebuilt at Miller Hill, I needed it replaced two years later. Today (2021) I went in with more engine problems and was told I was unable to service my car without paper work of proof of warranty either printed or emailed to the service department. The person was absolutely rude, when I asked questions to clarify why they didn't need paperwork in 2017 he only repeated 'i need the paperwork'. Not helpful in 2017, not helpful today.

Our experience at Miller Hill Subaru was a great one. Jake our sales rep was fabulous to work with. He was professional, not at all pushy, knowledgeable and gave us time to discuss privately. He did a good job on our behalf negotiating a fair price and trade in. After purchase he made sure all was good and spent time explaining all the bells and whistles we needed to know about. Buying a car can certainly be a frustrating experience.....This was NOT!!! Thanks again Jake...We love our Subaru.
