Usually they have good customer service, but the person I talked to today was not willing to help me he was very cranky and it seemed like he was in a hurry I wish I could remember the name of the person I talked to but I don't. He actually told me to order my parts from the Young Chevrolet Dealership. I actually would recommend buying from Young Chevrolet Dealership they are also willing to offer wholesale price on most parts.

Usually good customer service, however getting a person on the phone proves severely difficult, I usually lose money with the amount of time I spend on hold with this company, plus when given the opportunity to leave a message I have yet to ever get a return call from them.
