WARNING!!!!! To anyone going here for maintenance. Please read it may save your can. This dealership has horrible mechanics or managers running there maintenance department. Here is my story short my wifes Jeep went in for a recall brake system car was taken care of its entire life its still like new being 4 years old. They bust the radiator but do not tell us I go to get it after the work was done its leaking coolant they lie and say it was like that!!! Perfect hole from a screwdriver I tell them your crazy this much of a leak I would have seen this come on now mechanic says he did it on accident!!! Are you kidding me. I get things happen but you lie to my face about it. They say dont sweat it well order a radiator and replace it ok fair enough pisses me off now Im going to have a factory part changed that was working fine well i get the car radiator looks new or cleaned we drive it seems fine well few months later Im doing regular maintenance on the car. Bolts everywhere missing!! Powersteering tube beat on with hammer dents all over it gasket maker sealing the tube where they broke it off and the best is a metal type of leak stopper in my coolant that turns to jelly in my coolant they did a hack job to fix it temporarily I can not believe this place and how they treat customers. Fair warning to anyone going there please double check there work it may save your car or truck. Thank you for ruining my 40k Jeep that we work for and takes our 18 month old around in

Excellent buying experience at the Ron Lewis Chrysler/Jeep/Ram dealership in Waynesburg, PA. I purchased a brand new 2019 Ram 3500. Salesman, Kyle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable even during the Covid19 shutdown. At no fault of the dealer, I was finally able to take delivery about 4 weeks after initial contact with a deal through a Bill of Sale. Transaction was smooth and efficient. Kyle responses to both emails and text messages in an extremely quick response. I can't say thank you enough
