I WANTED to love this place I really did but after Spending $200 just for installation to have my radio turn off at random and then be treated like some kind of liar when I took it back two days later I'm definitely disappointed to say the least. They. ended up "fixing" it with a zip tie on the plug that goes to my radio saying to go buy a new plug and they would reinstall it for free like they would be doing me a favor by not charging me again! If the plug was going bad when I took it in like they're claiming they should've let me know from the jump not just send me on my way hoping the issues wait 14 days to arise so they wouldn't be responsible for it anymore per their policy. Pure undeniable laziness is the only reason the issue wasn't addressed during initial installation because they likely didn't notice until they were just about finished so instead of having to start the whole job over they chose to sweep it under the rug. Kim says he "bench tested" my equipment 3 times before installing it [which is the logical thing to do as the business owner] but if it worked properly when tested how is it not the installers fault?!! Pay attention to negative reviews or you might end up full of remorse just like me.
To many different prices Worker gave me a price In sneaky boss charge me another something that was suppose to be 100 to150 became260to 300..watch out con man ..tell you job is 2hour.3hrs..but it really take a hour Charge by hour ..then tells me about 5 hour..like really for a stereo hookup. WATCH OU PLEASE..SOUNDCON IS WHAT IT IS...
