Sir, we are sorry that you had such a bad experience with us, but I would like to address the issue. While we took your vehicle in right away, the reasons it took the more time was that due to the very high mileage (nearly 200,000), the vehicle's body damage, and the fact that your vehilce was missing some of it's wheel lug nuts. Because of theses things, we had to verify with corporate to verify if (1) the vehicle was not rebuilt or salvaged and (2) that the airbag that we were repalcing was the original. This verification is what took the extra time.

On February 2 I went to the jaguar due to a airbag recall on my 2010 jaguar xf, I know it is a free job but is unacceptable waiting 2 hours after the due time, I received a text message at 4:30 that the car was ready and I left the dealer after 7 pm, This is a disregard, since the beginning of the service I was asked by Robert if my car has a rebuilt title and maybe they can't do the service, he asked me if I have the title with me. Even with my registration and id in hand he was able to write my name wrong and it took me 3 days contacting Jaguar to find the recall invoice. I believe that regardless if the car is good or not the service has to be the same quality and Cordiality as a brand new car. I will not go back to this Dealer never anymore.

After talking to Jaguar Henderson and asking a few questions about my last service its pretty clear I was ripped off from the Las Vegas Jaguar. They never did the AC recharge or any of it. 300+ dollars. Dont go here ever.
