They saw us coming. My husband and I were excited about buying our first car ever. For years we paid cash but were looking for something that we needed to be reliable since we were a growing family. The overall experience was pleasant and easy. Everyone was great to work with. However the car we ended up purchasing was just brought in earlier that day as a trade in and was not inspected. After just a month of purchasing the car it began to literally fall apart. I understand the purpose of making a sale. We take full responsibility of not doing our homework and being immature in purchasing the car at that time but I feel like Rahal Miller saw that and used it to their advantage instead of trying to do what was right to keep a continuing customer. We now and will forever do business at PC Toyota.

My car made 5 trips to this shop totaling around 60 days for the same issue. It cost me $2,800 and I ended up with the same problem that it originally went in for. The story is to long and no point. I DO NOT recommend this shop at all. They are getting 1 star because the review will not post without it.

Salesman is very good at his job and it didn't take very long great place

Treated, very terrible, Chuck and Jennifer in the service department, acted like I was the enemy, and that the problem of the internals of the transfer case and transmission was my fault, and sounded like they took enjoyment from, giving me a hard time, and telling me that they voided my warranty, even though I didn't cause the failure of their product, even though I have 40k miles left on the powertrain warranty of this $50+k truck two year old truck.
