They DECEIVE w/CarFax....Before I bought my white 2016 CX5 from them, I asked if the car had been in an accident. They said 'No and we will show you the CarFax'. I bought the car and shortly there after found that it had been in a BAD accident and that their company knew it. The lady who owned it before me hit a pile of cinder blocks. The CROOK Motors repair MANAGER took the car to a repair shop who does not report to CarFax. CROOK Motors then sold the car to me.......I had no choice but to trade the car back to CROOK and buy a new Car...... NOW.They still DIDNT report the accident and SOLD it again vin#JM3KE2BYXG0784746

Literally the worst experience. When you are looking to buy a vehicle they are more than helpful, after you purchase you can forget any and all help. My car started stuttering less than a month after purchase and they told me nothing was wrong, breaks were squeaking and they again told me they couldn't "recreate the sound or effect." Save your money and go to a dealership that actually wants repeat customers. Oh yeah, and it's been over 3 months and I still do not have tags I paid them for.
Cook Mazda in Aberdeen, Maryland completely exceeded my expectations. I recently purchased my first brand new car. I was a little hesitant about test driving anything because Ive had some awful car buying experiences in the past and the whole thing to me is a dreadful process. Tom Perrault made my car buying experience an absolute breeze! I came in to look at a used Mazda 3 and after test driving it, I fell in love with the car. Tom ran some numbers and went through a few comparisons and got me in a BRAND NEW 2017 Mazda 3. Tom Perrault is an excellent salesman; he is kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I felt no pressure to buy that day. Tom answered all my questions and made the whole process as stress free as possible. The entire car buying experience at Cook Mazda from start to finish was so easy. I will be back in the future and I will be telling everyone (that I havent already) about the outstanding customer service they offer! Avoid at all costs. Poor customer service from service department. Called regarding warranty on used car and didnt receive a call back for a week from management. Then the call was automated and referred you to a website. Very impersonal could have at least called me
