Very unprofessional workers. Don't recommend. They make you go play the run around game. If your unsatisfied with your purchase they don't care and basically tell you your S.O.L

Update - The service manager did call to offer me a free oil change if I removed my negative review. I think this is the reason there are so many positive reviews at this location when the opposite is true. I wouldn't call this out if it wasn't for the lack of communication during the whole experience. No one called to tell me when the part arrived, no one could figure out when my car would be finished, and I had zero assistance with the rental. it was only after I posted this review that I got a call from a service manager. -------------------- I was excited when Land Rover South Orlando opened since it is so close to our house. I expected a new location to have some hiccups at the start, but the problems keep getting worse for us. We took our 21 Range Rover sport into this location back in November. It needed an oxygen sensor which I was told would be in stock within two weeks or so. They were a little off; it took five months. No one called to alert us that it was in, I had to call each month to check if the part arrived. We brought the car in last week. Although we confirmed the loaner was available two days prior, we found out that wasnt the case. My wife had to wait 90 mins for a loaner and there was a lot of confusion. One service advisor told us the car was almost done and we didnt need a loaner, but that was also incorrect. As an added bonus, the car engine and inspection warnings kept alerting us that the car needs service which could be why the rental car shakes when you press the brakes. The two-day service is going on day 6 now. We dont have an ETA plus we have to pay insurance on this death trap of a loaner that we have so my bill keeps going up for a part that failed in our SUV when it was only 5 months old. Im still waiting for a callback.

Had a dead battery in my RR. They took me that afternoon and replaced with a new battery. Victor, my service manager was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Job Well Done.

Great experience!! Ask for Rene Palacios when purchasing your next vehicle from here, he was the best in helping me purchase my Jaguar F-Pace. Everyone at the entire dealership is very friendly and helpful every time I go whether it be for maintenance or anything else. Highly recommend this dealership!
