Very unsatisfying! The reason being , I am looking to lease a Range Rover Velar for a good price and found a good deal at their website. I called them to check if the offer is still available , so that I can stop by and have a look. It was said, this offer and vehicle is still available. I went to showroom on the same day, and sale person said the price mentioned in website was a mistake. We cannot give you the car for the same price which is very weird. It sounded like a marketing strategy. After all conversation we had, I decided not to take this , as the price is too high. Even after this, its been almost a week, price in the website remains same and if it was a mistake, they should have updated the price to the correct price . This is just wasting the time of the customers.
They charged me more to program that they said after I already payed a lot of money for the keys and didnt really have a choice but to get it programmed. They took weeks to get me keys and it costed a lot more than they said.
My husband and I had the best experience at Land Rover Monroeville, and will continue to highly recommend this dealership! From working with the best salesman (Bobby D), to a very friendly and knowledgeable car expert (Maura), the process was stress free and pleasant. If you go, make sure to ask for Bobby-he goes above and beyond for his customers and really knows his stuff!
4 hours for an oil change and a car wash. DO NOT PREPAY for your service. How do you know if they are any good. Also the beverage station had no tea or snacks. I was told to check the neighboring dealership for tea. Very unimpressed.
