Horrible experience. Walked in yesterday, immediately wanted to run credit before even asking what exactly I'm looking for / test drive anything. The guy was going off of a pamplhlet asking questions. The manager immediately stared spitting numbers such as "5,000" down if you want a payment lower than $200. Without knowing our credit scores and our budget. It was as if they were trying to dismiss us. Luckily, we went to Honda after and drove off in a brand new Honda 2017, where they worked with us and took the time to listen what we wanted, then later talked numbers. Chevy was horrible and clearly just wanted money and don't care to give us the time of day, little did they know we wanted to buy that day. They lost a sale, very disappointed how we were treated. Go to Honda.
Every time we go to this dealership, we pick out a vehicle and start the paperwork and then they tell us, "nevermind, we just sold this to someone else." I didn't drive an hour to get here for you to not pay attention to that. You should have some kind of system so that if someone else is looking at the truck and seriously interested in it, then NO ONE ELSE should look at it unless the person ends up not getting it. This has happened TWICE! Plus the fact that I was on my husband's last loan (which is paid off) and so we were looking at a new vehicle strictly under my husband's name, and they still ran MY credit without even asking my permission or even telling me this at all. Only reason I knew is because the bank sent me a letter dated the day we went to the dealership. Really nice. Trust me, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Alex (Rodriguez) was amazing and I dont use that word lightly! He was very personable, polite, knowledgeable about the product, but most of all non-aggressive which is something I truly appreciated. The finance manager (I forget the his man) was also amazing! He treated me like a person than just a number. Ill definitely be back to this dealership in the future.

The service itself was fine once a tech got started, although the fix according to GM that would take 0.4 hours ended up taking 4 hours to complete. The bigger issue is I don't understand why I set up an appointment if it takes so long to look at my car. I made an appointment for the day earlier, but was told they would not be able to look at my car until the next day. I had driven 30 miles from East County to get my car fixed and can't really afford to be stranded in Kearny Mesa for possibly longer than 24 hours. Why did I set up an appointment if it doesn't reserve some time for my car to be looked at? Why did the dealership not call me and let me know to reschedule before I wasted my time and fuel to be told in person that it can't be looked at that day? Poor communication.
