Simply we bought a $65000.00 M6 and they where to detail polish and wet sand polish small scratched out of paint. The car was not detailed at all. When the planned and booked freight company showed up to pick up car it was not ready. They had over a month to do the detail work. They never even tried to wet sand and polish scratches out. We had to pay someone else to get it done. This was in a legal notarised sales agreement. We though having it notarised by a lawyer would help give them intensive to have some honesty and hold up to their obligations. THEY are just lying USED CAR Salesmen. They only do what they want and say what you want to hear.
Zahid - While I can assure you that we make recommendations to our customers based on what we believe is best for them and their vehicles, I can understand your frustration. I need to look into the details of this situation, but would you please call me in the meantime so we can talk this through together? Thank you, Robert Corrado - Service Director - 516-922-5555

Very Poor Service !!!! a Huge Rip Off !!!! I took my BMW 2008 750 Li for a diagnostic service to BMW Oyster Bay. Car was blowing smoke. I suggested to diagnose my car and PCV valve in particular. They called me and told me my car needs a major service and will cost me $12000.00 plus to fix. They also suggested I am better of putting a new engine into my car and they can do it for over $12000.00 with some other parts installed. I decline the service due to car was not even worth for $12000.00 I took the car to a local mechanic and he diagnosed car needs 2 new PCV valves that cost $32.00/ each. I got the PCV valves from parts authority and car was fixed under $100.00. I called BMW & told them about the repair, I also disputed BMW of Oyster Bay diagnostics charged with AM EX since BMW Oyster Bay never diagnosis PCV valves. They rather send me an itemized bill of diagnostics of every other thing in my car that was not required. I called BMW Oyster Bay and told them my car is fixed with new PCV Valves and new engine is not needed, they stated PCV Valves are going to blow off again. I am driving my car for last 5 Months its running OK without blowing PCV Valves. They refused to refund diagnosis charges to my AM EX. Please refrain to get ripped off from BMW of Oyster Bay and go some where else more credible to Buy / Sell or even Repair your BMW Cars !!!!!! Thank You, Zahid

Had to get unexpected service on my car today. The customer service here was terrific! My car was in process of being fixed within 5 minutes of calling. Susan was exceptional and very kind! Will be coming here from now on for my BMWs services
Absolutely horrible experience. "Jonathan Tabone" is a terrible CA. I asked him for quote on 2016 3 series and he mentioned he could do 500 dollars better than the best offer I had. He kept me waiting forever saying he is actively "working" on it. Worst part is he stopped responding and if he could do this to a potential customer, I can only imagine what the existing customers are going through. Avoid this dealership at any cost. All the good reviews here must be fabricated.
