After my wife was told it would be $55 to fix her visor in her cruze, she decided it would be a fair deal. After the service was complete she was charged $200. Thanks Bennett for being such scumbags. Could've just told her the cost upfront.

You by a warranty that covers everything. When you need your ac fixed they don't cover the fluids and charge you extra 224 to put ac fluid back in. Next truck will be a dodge in brunswick done with chevy.

EVERY single time I make an appointment for maintenance a week in advance they tell me "we don't know if we can get it done today". What's the point of making an appointment if you can't even fix it during the appointment? People need their vehicles. Will never be back. Also Paid for a full service last month on a truck I bought, paid for a coolant flush, they only did two gallons instead of the whole system and the truck was over heating a few weeks later, because they didn't flush the entire system, this ended up causing damage to the motor and I had to cut my losses and get rid of it. And on my other vehicle, I paid for them to service everything as well after I bought it, guess what they failed to see? All four sway link connectors were shot. Save yourself the time/headache and go somewhere else for maintenance.
