Dear Parker, I would first like to apologize for the experience you had with our sales department. Due to the short supply of new vehicles, especially with Chrysler we have been experiencing long waits for stock orders. This vehicle still has not shown up on our lot. We can only go by the information provided to us from the manufacture and try to keep our customers updated. Our goal is to sell new vehicles and give our customers the best experience we can. We understand your frustration with the return deposit. There was a protection program installed on our computer system and banking institution and there was a horrible glitch. We are trying to rectify all of the issues and will be issuing you a check for the fee you received. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience when you return from vacation at 301-733-5000. Thank you, Wendy Coy Fitzgerald of Hagerstown General Manager 301-733-5000

This isn't just one problem, but 3. Number 1, vehicle didn't come in. Sometimes happens, could be a mistake. I get it. Number 2, check in the mail never arrived. They said they sent it to the wrong address but couldn't tell me where they sent it until I told them where I lived. Ok, sure. Might happen.... I'll be naive. Number 3, their check bounced. Three strikes, you're out. Read on for details... Went here to buy a Chrysler Pacifica. Website said "in transit" and my salesman told me it would be here next week. I put $2000 down as a deposit to hold it for me and left. Just for the record, my salesman was extremely nice. Checked back everyday for a week but alas it didn't come in. As I write this, it's been 5 weeks and it's still not here. I was buying a minivan for a family road trip vacation that I'm currently on... After a week, we went to another dealership out of town and bought an in-stock Pacifica from them. I informed them and they told me they would put my deposit return in the mail.. Waited a month, still nothing. Drove up there, got a physical check cut and deposited in my bank the day before we left for vacation for a week and a half... Today, I log on, and the check bounced. Of course, the $2000 was immediately pulled from my account and a fee was assessed for a return check. Called the bank, they said it wasn't a "stop payment", the dealerships bank just refused it. Called the dealership and she informed me this happened with 30 checks. She was kind and friendly, offered to pay the fee, but the doesn't change the fact that here I am across the country with no money.
