Customer service is very bad I shouldn't have to call to find out what's going on with my deal they should be keeping the customer informed on what's going on dnt talk like you can put me in a Bugatti and cant even get me a bicycle
We had a key fob that halfway worked. We paid almost $300 to get a new one. It still worked but we had to squeeze it tight to crank the car. They threw away the other key fob and didn't ask.

My experience was good. I was in and out in about 7 hours. Mostly because finance and the lady I was supposed to sign the contract with left multiple times, It could've been a lot shorter time. I am upset that my Sirius XM radio is not hooked up. I have texted Will White (the salesmen I dealt with) and have not gotten a response from him. I tried to call OnStar like he said if there were any problems and I was told the dealership needs to set it up. It has not been a week since I bought the car and still no Sirius XM for my 90 day trial.
Was working with Kevin on purchasing a truck was waiting on my bank to get back with me Told me he could get financing done with his bank I stated I would put a deposit on it until my bank get done ended up giving my information to get financing with his bank late Friday evening in which he proclaimed to beat my bank financing during the process of running my credit truck was sold the next morning before contacting me and after running my credit for nothing should have been a much better way to do business
