Antonio - we are so sorry for your experience. You are absolutely correct, this service level is unacceptable and there is no excuse for this performance. The service team member you mention is no longer with the company, nor is her supervisor. We have a whole new team in place and have made considerable changes and improvements to our operation. Communication and professionallism was extremely terrible from start to finish. I placed my order with a woman by the name of Shay Whitlock. I specifically asked her to alert me before shipping to make sure I was able to receive the package being that I was an out-of-state customer. She didn't. No email. No call. Nothing because in her words "That's just how we do business." By then I was out of the country and my package was left at my door at my apartment for anyone to grab. Luckily my apartment complex was nice enough to receive the package for me until I returned. When I opened the package, one of my shirts was the wrong size. I then sent several emails trying to alert of the mistake and and pay the invoice could not get in contacted with her at all. After calling a numerous amount of times I was finally in reach of her. She then tells me she has forwarded everything to her immediate supervisor for review and will get back with me soon. Soon became 2-3 weeks. After calling, leaving voicemails and emailing everyday seeking an answer, she then told me I couldn't get a new t shirt even though it was their mistake printing on the wrong size shirt. I truly believe she is extremely incapable of doing such a fast pace job and would think the company would have put me in the hands of someone that could do their actual job. I will NEVER refer this company to anyone. PLEASE STAY AWAY.
