Waited 20 minutes just for someone to show up at the parts department. Still took a long time when they showed up to look up the parts needed because he was busy talking with other employees.

I set up an appointment to look at a car and when I arrived they said the car wasn't available, they will call me back when it is, waited for a call that never came, this has happened twice in 1 week, I will not be doing any business with them anymore, unprofessional.
