This place has the worst service center I've ever experienced. They rarely answer the phone, they make "appointments" to service cars and then just let the cars sit for days without touching them, all the while I'm stuck without a car because they "changed the terms of the warranty" and no longer provide rentals. I regret ever buying a Chrysler and would sell it immediately if I could buy anything else right now.
We're excited to have exceeded your expectations! Thanks for letting us know what you enjoyed about your visit with us! We appreciate the recommendation and look forward to serving you again.

I recently visited Shaver Dodge Dealership in Westlake Village and met Joe Tejada. I hate going to the dealership because I normally get a real car salesman. I was pleasantly surprised with Joe He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. If you're looking for a Dodge or Jeep you have to call Joe Tejada.
Professional staff and great service! Highly recommend! Had so many issues with crown dodge in Ventura, they sold me life time warranty but anytime my car had problem they wouldnt cover anything under warranty, But shaver dodge covered the same issue with same warranty! Worth driving although I live in Ventura! Ill buy my next car from them for sure.
I never actually had an experience at the dealer itself. I had an online experience. I am shopping for a Dodge Challenger. I emailed the deal and a gentleman by the name of : Jason Goldberg Internet Sales Manager Shaver Automotive Group Got back to me. The used challenger I was interested in was no longer in stock. I informed him that was all I was interested in seeing. He retorted that he might be able to get me financed for new challenger. I explained I knew my credit score and a few inquires would affect my loan rate. I asked him for some advice and sent him all of the finance documents including my credit score. What did he do? Stopped responding. As in nadda. Even if I wasn't qualified (And I am pretty sure I am) you would think he would have the courtesy to tell me so. Or simply say that he was wrong and he couldn't help me. I have been in sales for 20 years and personally I think it is experience's like this that give my industry a bad reputation. It takes two minutes to send an email that will head off reviews like this one...but far more important it takes two minutes for someone to leave feeling they have been serviced and respected. If this experience is indicative of the dealership as a whole, as a VERY experienced internet researcher I encourage everyone to do some extra due diligence before doing business with these folks.
