Called and got hung up on the first time. Then called back to see if they had my part and its says national part locating service but he didnt even make a attempt to try to search or look it up. Said no and rushed me off the phone.
Called up the shop looking for a certain part and the guy answering just sucked with service. Couldn't offer any information unless I had the part number even though I just have all of the other information on the vehicle to track it.
I have dealt with Lane's since 1980, always fair priced and stood behind their parts with a reasonable warranty, a family operation where a complaint, if any, can be easily relayed to the owner usually on site. I've never had one complaint yet and purchased many parts for my own cars and friends cars over those years and still give Lane's first shot at any used parts I seek, if they don't have them they can get them in most cases.
