I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe. My experience starting out was great. One day after purchasing the vehicle I started having problems. Im 3 weeks in and the problem is not fixed and I keep getting the runaround. The finance manager Kim talked great before I purchased the vehicle. After the papers were signed he wanted nothing to do with me. Its sad and to think I referred someone else here bothers me. They fooled me but I will accept free water from this place. This place is a poor representation of how a business should be ran. I regret everyday purchasing a vehicle from here.

They were charging me a 600$ delivery fee when I had gone out of my way to pick the car up. Also I was buying a used car with no new accessories and Steve added another 500$ of accessories and when I asked what it was for he had no answer. Steve also lied to me on the condition of the vehicle. He said it had 3 services. 2 alignments and an oil change. When I checked the car facts it was actually serviced for brakes, accelerator and air bags. Steve was lying to me to make a sale and then almost doubling the price. The vehicle was $1,650 after all the BS fees Steve added t was at almost $4,500. They're condescending and treat people like idiots. And apparently are willing to endanger ones life for a sale. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

While this place is small, Michelle did everything in her power to earn our sale. We even drove an hour and a half to this dealership instead of going to our local one because she was so on top of it.

I wouldnt come here if your looking to buy a vehicle I dont care what the deal says how much lower their price is or how good the vehicle looks, if you dont know for yourself what a good vehicle is do NOT come here! They will lie to you and rip you off knowingly, that they are selling you a piece of sh*t. All they want is that dollar!
