It is ironic that I always think this shop is decent. 3 years ago I had a bumper paint work done there, and I was super satisfied with the work and service. Last week my car had a collision and I brought it to another body shop, and the estimator pointed out that painted area has obvious color mismatch - my car is pearl white, USA Touch Up did plain white. For 3 years I did not tell the difference because that area was small, but still the work done was cheap.

This is one of the worst places to get your car fix. They are very money driven and do not care about the satisfaction of their customers. I came to get my car bumper estimated, and the guy took one look and he automatically gave me the price $500. How do you know the estimate of the car without taking internal evaluations of the car?
