Reached out to John last Wednesday 12/14 to inquire about a one off shirt for me to give at this year's secret santa at my office. I explained to him that I reached out to my coworker's girlfriend for the idea, and she gave me an embarrassing photo of her to print on the shirt (it was a photo of her eating pancakes). Told him that I needed it by Wednesday 12/21 so I could have it in time for the Christmas party, was told that was no problem. I sent out my images to him via email that night, and better quality versions the next day as well. Received no response all day Thursday so Friday I called and was told "I am with a customer. I'll get back to you soon." Never heard back from him again until I called again on Monday 12/19. I explained that I was concerned about meeting the 12/21 deadline, to which he assured me it was no problem. Here we are on Tuesday 12/20, in the middle of the afternoon, and John emails me explaining "After looking closer and thinking better of this shirt and photo, we are going to pass on it. An embarrassing photo like this could open us up to liability since we don't have written consent to reproduce it". I immediately called to try to find resolution, offering written consent from my coworker's girlfriend and even offering to use a different image altogether. I explained to John how this put me in a really bad position especially being so close to Christmas and our party. Instead of trying to help offer me a solution, I was brushed off and told "It is what it is". Under normal circumstances, I would never take the time to write about a bad experience, especially in a situation like this where liability may or may not be a concern (I guess I'll never know if this reasoning was valid or not). But under these circumstances, considering I gave John a ton of lead time, provided the images promptly, was upfront about what my intentions were with having the shirt made, followed up with John multiple times, AND most importantly the fact that John had these images for a FULL WEEK, I would think that at the very least I could have been told something up front. Instead, I am left a day before my Christmas party with no gift and my time wasted. Suggestions to Imagepoint to boost professionalism and rapport with customers; - Be more responsive and communicative with your customers. - Take some time to evaluate each proposed project before locking it in and setting customer's expectations.

Creating custom apparel for the first time can be a bit confusing but rest assured we made every attempt to walk you through the process and accommodate your different sizing requests. Even resewing another set of sweatshirts at no charge. In fact they are here in stock if you would like to pick them up. The first set was donated to a great local animal shelter

This place is outright awful. If I were you I would steer clear from John and his lack of professionalism. My pregnant wife and I met with John about 3 months ago and we left this place with a terrible product and John making my PREGNANT WIFE CRY because he would not offer a refund or even to correct what was agreed upon. Originally, we blatantly mentioned that we would like the logo to be the size of a Ralph Lauren polo shirt. While awaiting on a proof showing how the end product would look the sweatshirts were actually printed, and the logo came out about 4 times larger than originally agreed upon. Eventually after treating us so poorly he agreed to redo the sweaters, but he wasn't being friendly and was actually being flat out rude on multiple occasions. We decided to contact our credit card and they were able to dispute the charge and reimburse our funds.

John and his staff were courteous and professional when I brought them this design for a unique shirt with a relatively short timeline before a big concert. They delivered the product looking better than I could even imagine it could be and a few days early. I cannot recommend their services enough!
